"They said I did not have an Appointment and I was a new customer that is. Not true"

"I was a little concerned with the recent reviews to this nail salon but was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I live locally so I figured I’d give them a try. I called ahead and booked an appointment a few days in advance because I heard getting a walk-in appointment would be difficult. I got a regular pedicure and a dip manicure. The pedicure tub was clean when I arrived with a new plastic barrier, tools were clean, and staff was extremely friendly. The nail tech actually got all of my cuticles off my toes. She didn’t just pretend to snip away like at other places. She really got the dead skin off of my heals with the grating tool as well but was still gentle in doing so. The mango scented scrub they used was amazing. And the massage was nice as well. I witnessed the nail tech sanitize the tub after the pedicure was done and we transitioned to a sitting station. The dip manicure was exactly what I expected with a little extra TLC with the nail tech cleaning up the edges of my fingers with the cuticle cutter (something that not many other places actually do - most just dremel and call it a day). She checked in with me several times to make sure the color and shape were what I wanted. The price was $75 total for the service which I think is very reasonably priced given that the nail tech really took her time with me. It was about an hour and 45 minutes of work. Truly a great experience, this may be my new go to nail salon."
"I recently got a severe infection from my pedicure. The woman did not put the liner in and all this bacteria hit my feet My podiatrist could not believe the infection. I was on a very strong oral antibiotic and an antibiotic ointment on toes Weeks later and I am still trying to get rid of the bad bacteria. I would not recommend them. Beware!!!!!!!"
"I find that all of the older reviews are good but I can't say the same. Last pedicure I got was aweful. Nails were cut way too short and ploish was lumpy and uneven. They have. CDa sign walk-ins welcome. Never been able to get get onewalk-in.Lookimg fod"
