"I was finally able to find some time in my schedule to get my hair colored yesterday. I have naturally dark hair and wanted to add some warm highlights. Unfortunately, the color didn't come out as I expected the first time(It was very ashy mixed in with grey; yikes) After a long sleepless night of googling and finding ways to fix my hair, I decided to call back the very next day to see if there's any way they can fix it. Ashely, the owner, was absolutely phenomenal. It's the day before Thanksgiving and her schedule was jam packed, but without any hesitation, she asked me to return so she can correct the color. She did her magic, and an hour later, my hair is exactly what I wanted initially! I am so happy with the result! She went above and beyond for her customer's satisfaction, and I would highly recommend her to anyone!!"
