No one notified me beforehand and no one offered to book me for a next appointment. They should have at minimum offered a discount. Instead I was met with a non-caring and indifferent attitude. Never again."

"I went to this hair salon a few weeks ago for my second hair cut and color with them. My first experience, roughly 6 months ago, was very positive. However after this last appointment I've recently noticed that my hair has started to become brittle where the color treatment was done and has begun falling out! I have been coloring my hair my whole life and this has never happened. I set up a follow-up appointment with the owner so I could discuss what was happening. I showed him pictures of how much longer my hair was right after the treatment compared to how it looks now and he refused to acknowledge that there was an issue. He told me he couldn't do anything to help and it was my fault. I wasn't asking for a hand out or a refund, I would have just been happy with some advice. The owner was rude, callous, and reduced me to tears while accepting no responsibility for what was obviously a poorly done job by one of his employees."
