"They are extremely rude when you try to call and even book an appointment. I called and asked if they had time to do an estimate for a service and instead of asking me when I would like to come in, the person said he didn't have time and passed me to another colleague who said that he didn't have time either. So many ways they could have handled that. Don't even waste your time."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called Angie’s salon to make an appointment for a keratin since they had a sale going on. I went in Sunday October 31st for a keratin. Went in at 2pm that Sunday I had a guy do my hair. As a previous hair dresser myself (no longer in the industry) I notice the guy doing my hair was rushing and did not properly process the keratin. After I questioned him if he would let the keratin process his answer was “no, this is the way I do my Keratins” I said to myself “ok maybe this is a different type of keratin” let it slide. Left the salon that day. Mind you I didn’t wash my hair until Friday 5 days after I got it done. I notice my hair was curly as if I never got anything done. I immediately called the salon and spoke to the owner she requested I came in the day so I did. I went in Saturday November 6th at 10am she questioned him and told him there was no keratin in my hair. So he did the whole process all over again this time he let it process for over an hour. Max a keratin should be in ur hair is 30 min the max. Mind you I paid $130 for this service. So he did it again for no charge. I didn’t wash my hair again for about a week and I notice my hair a bit wave I didn’t do anything about it this time. I have gotten Keratin done in the pass where they last for about 6 months. Today is November 28th 2021. And this is my hair. It is starting to curly up it is all messed up. I urged you to not go to this place. It completely ruined my hair. Save ur time. There are better salons"

"I had my haircut and color last week with Angie, she was phenomenal!!! I have been looking for a place like this for all the 30 years I have been living in Boston. I have gone from the most expensive salons in Newbury st to many others in other towns, and Angie stands out from all. I had never received as many compliments for my hair as now. Besides that, the ambience is very friendly and all clean. Wonderful experience! highly recommended!!!"
