"Melissa is amazing. She takes her time and makes sure you cut and color are right for you and makes the perfect suggestions when coloring and cutting my hair. She never disappoints!"
"I came here to get sew in hair extensions and I found out the hard way there is a special method to taking them out/after care that I was never told. You’re supposed to brush your hair before you wet it because the synthetic hair which is plastic left over in your hair will matt/dread/BURN up once it touches the hot water (like plastic wrap) if you don’t. I took them out and went to shower- skipping the comb out process- and my hair just instantly went into a dread like ball after touching the water. I went to a hair salon AFTERwards that specializes in dreads, and braids and they said this is something your hair stylist should’ve warned you about. I am not the one educated in hair so how would I know that? Personally I always wash before brushing. Well the stylist and the owner told me it was common sense. I messaged the stylist very professional and I just wanted her to say “in the future I will let my clients know. ” or whatever just take accountability but instead I got the run around. She said I was supposed to wash immediately but that was wrong. Had I did that, this still would’ve happened. There was no saving my hair and any experienced “extentionist” will tell you, it’s very serious to follow these steps after or your hair will be burnt off! I had to cut atleast 8 inches of my real hair off."
