"The entire staff at Associates have always been polite and professional. My buddy Buster was there for a Tech appointment but Dr. Rosiello made time to address a few concerns I had. He truly has my pets best interest at heart. Over the past two years, Dr. Rosiello has volunteered to do several rechecks without charge. Recently, our buddy had a growth removed from his left eye. When it came time to remove it, Dr. Rosiello advised that he could do the surgery or I could have it removed in a much less intrusive/risky way. He provided that referral and sent us on our way. Buster had that growth removed without the risk or complications of surgery. Dr. Rosiello even commented how well it looked during a recent visit!!!!"
"I lived close by to this animal hospital and wanted to get my cat spayed. Instead, I dealt with 3 months of disorganization. The vet essentially chastised me for having a cat from Ukraine, despite the fact that I got her from a reputable breeder and was unaware that she was from Ukraine until the day I purchased her. After my initial appointment, I was told that I would receive an estimate for the spaying appointment. Two week go by, and I was instead called to attempt to double charge me for a stool sample. I asked about the estimate and was told that I was being impatient since they are low on staff. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the estimate within two weeks. Now, a month has gone by, and I call back to request the estimate once again. I was told, "Whoops, we forgot to send it to you!". So, on top of having to wait for an initial consultation, attempting to double charge me for a stool sample, and waiting for the estimate, I had to wait yet another month to finally get my cat spayed. She healed up well, but the vet tech was incredibly rude to me when I picked her up because I simply asked what the procedure entailed. I was just asking if they removed her uterus and ovaries or uterus alone because it varies by vet style. Overall, every interaction that I've had with staff at this animal hospital has been short and dismissive. I would much rather go to a facility who treats me well, is organized, and doesn't make me wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes with my animal in January."
"Friendly staff and great service! All other vets nearby were not accepting new patients but Associates took us in and has given our kitten excellent service. They go the extra mile between providing treats, free nail-triming and deworming, Feliway-sprayed blankets, and calling proactively to offer rescheduling in case of inclement weather. Very glad to have taken a friend's recommendation to come here!"
"The staff at Associates were friendly and helpful, as usual. Dr. Rosiello provided thorough explanations of my dog's health and results of the tests he performed on her, and took time to answer my questions. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, I was not able to be there during the exam but I felt confident my dog would be treated with the same gentle care she receives when I am present. In short, it was the high quality of care, service, and compassion I have witnessed in the 20+ years Associates has been treating my dogs."
"Took my mom's little elderly Cocker Spaniel here 10 days ago and I couldn't be happier with the way the staff interacted with our frightened little elderly dog.... I believe it's Dr Radner(?) who examined her and Sophie just loved her (as well as the staff person who sat on the floor in the exam room and calmed Sophie down along with the giant silver water bowl..since Sophie is thirsty all the time that was heaven!) LOL they took care of her every need.. they really do have an expertise for elderly dogs and how to care for them including what test to order, what to leave alone and what is best for the dog at this age. Many human doctors have no clue how to treat their end-of-life patients. The pain medicine she prescribed worked within 3 hours...the antibiotics cured our Soph and she's back to her puppy self! In the waiting room Michelle behind the desk did everything she could to help. She is kind and understanding as well as patient with both dog and owner LOL I also went back today to get a refill for the pain medicine and Michelle was just as kind and compassionate as the first visit. This is a first-rate veterinary hospital that understands end-of-life care for dogs and unlike other veterinary hospitals, does not try to run up a bill but rather just help dog and ownerdeal with what can be a very frustrating and emotional time, like any caregiver."
