"Shrimp was freezer burnt. Batch was from August of 2023. Not much customer service, just a lot of excuses. Will not buy from them again. Just as I said...no offer to resolve. Just excuses. I realize they have alot of satisfied customers, but I am not one. Buyer beware."

All the fish arrived ice cold and after thawing absolutely nothing tastes old. Finally I'm able to get quality Haddock way out where I am. Black Cod, Mahi, shrimp all amazing. I've tried a lot of different things - the grocery store, specialty seafood shops, and online frozen fish delivery... nothing ever came close. The only one was Knowseafood. Hands down the best cuts, freshest fish online service out there. I have been a customer for several years and always look forward to getting my box. They also have great deals. "We started ordering fish from KnowSeafood about a year ago and have never looked back! We love the selection - plenty of old favorites, but we've tried and fallen in love with some new fish as well. It's so wonderful to get sushi grade tuna and salmon in Prescott, AZ! Their customer service is fabulous as well - I don't know how many times I've forgotten to enter the code for my know buddy discount and they've always gotten it for me. Once when the fish got hung up somewhere they shipped a new box to me with absolutely no problem. Great product, great service!"
