"My 60 year old mother went to Adrienne starting in January 2023. She has extremely fine, thinning hair, and not much left of it. She was desperate to find someone to help her and unfortunately Adrienne took advantage of that. First off, it took 10 months for her top extensions to arrive from “Austria”. The second Adrienne put it on her head she knew it was not example she was shown and ordered. She was promised a human hair wig that she would be able to put in a ponytail, tuck behind her ears and part wherever she wanted. That was not what she got at all, and at a $2300 price point she was devastated. Adrienne showed her a nice lace-front topper with a scalp-colored part that would blend in with her head. What she got was a low quality, old-fashioned hair piece with a thick sewn part that looked fake, with a thick black band that was showing at the hairline. She waited 10 months for this thing and it wasn’t at all what she ordered. Since the black band was so noticeable, after only a month of wearing the thing Adrienne had to “re-wire” it since she didn’t do it correctly the first time, and charged my mother $247 to do this. This didn’t do anything and the band was still showing. While removing the thing to re-wire, the hair was ripped out her head. At the place my mother goes to now, they told her they would NEVER have sewn anything to the fragile strands of hair she has. Her hair is now COMPLETELY damaged from the sewn ties and she has huge bald spots on her scalp. She should have been put into a lace-front wig from the beginning. The lace-front wig her new place put her in is 10x better quality and almost half the price. Please do not make the same mistake my mother made and if you are considering going to Adrienne for a wig, don’t do it. She is a scam artist and she should be ashamed of herself for lying to my mother the way she did."

"I’ve been to Epic in the past for nails & facials always had a great experience. I’ve also seen Adrienne for a foil/cut before her and Nina owned Epic and she awesome. I recently saw Kalin for a full foil/hair cut (pretty much a color correction)and she did an awesome job! She took time with me for a thorough honest consultation and gave me her professional opinion on what I should expect which I was so impressed by. She got my hair blonder than I expected so I was very happy. I even got a compliment on my hair from a stranger which hasn’t happened in years! The staff is super warm and friendly. Someone was always checking in on me, seeing if I needed anything which I appreciated. I didn’t get her name but she made awesome coffee. I highly recommend Epic!!"

"Adrienne cuts and styles my hair , she’s also done my spiral perms . In past stylists would take so long doing my perms , not Adrienne, she did it in less than half the time , I was amazed , it also came out the best I’ve ever had . Super amazing person and excellent stylist . Her business is genuine, unique, and they aim to please. U won’t be disappointed, I promise. Also does an amazing wax , and I have gotten a pedicure too , which was amazing too"
