"Owner allows her dog to wander throughout the salon as you’re receiving your service. Also does not follow any COVID regulations, she allows her clients to remove their mask, to the detriment of other clients and removes her own quite frequently- thank goodness my stylist enforced the rules while I was present for my own safety. The other stylists there are always wonderful and pleasant."

"Crystal does NOT treat her customers right. I CANNOT believe that she cancelled my appointment TWICE!! without even really apologizing OR trying to squeeze me in or make it up to me in some way. That is outrageous. I had to juggle my schedule twice to accomodate HER busy schedule and she cancelled on me the SAME week as my appointments. Now it is only 2 weeks till the holidays and I'll never get another appointment somewhere good. She thinks too highly of herself because she has so many customers."
