"Sadly I will not go back to this location. I walked in on a busy day and immediately scheduled an appt in a week before my birthday, also 1st time getting eyelashes, ever. When I came in the technician seemed overwhelmed which I can understand, then she had me go into the restroom to take off my mascara, and of course I did. Then, she got frustrated because I didn’t do a good job removing mascara. I went back again and did my best. While applying lashes she told me that she will apply them where she can because I still had mascara on. That’s when I told that I wish someone would have told me to remove my make up while scheduling the appt, especially that it’s my first time, anyway 20% of the lashes fall out in a couple of days. I called them to inform them and they wanted me to pay another $150. It wasn’t about the money but as a new customer I just hated the time I spent there, and the technician who did my lashes wasn’t unprofessional so I didn’t care to go back there at all and spent more money."

"Very nice staff & atmosphere, but I won't be using Deka Lash anymore. It was my 2nd time and each time my lashes started falling out within hours of application. By day 2, about 25% was gone. I'm not sure if it's the materials or methods used, but they can't seem to stick for me. I'm sad because my technician did a lovely job too."
