"My hair cut was done quickly and it came out very uneven all over. I had to go get it fixed elsewhere and the other stylist said it was bad. Not sure what happened. My hair is pretty short to begin with."

"One of the stuff member is extremely rude . She is middle aged and looked disinterested the moment we entered the store. My son who is a young boy felt the overall experience very terrible. She make us feel we are not welcomed in the salon . Definitely she had a thing for Asians/Indians. She asked me when did we cut his hair last . I said may be a month ago, she started showing her displeasure and told me in a fractious tone thats not a month long hair , then I said may be 6 weeks or so, she still is not happy. Who remembers when they cut their hair last and how that’s relevant ? Not a blink of a smile on her face while cutting hair as well as having a rude and unpleasant expression when giving instruction to my son while cutting hair. She even didn’t bothered to clean him and let him go out of the chair with hair all over his face and cloths. When I requested her to brush his face she called me “dude hair will fall while cutting” . This is how supercut treats their customers ? An absolutely horrendous experience and we will never go to this Lexington , Bedford Rd ( Stop & Shop ) store ever."

"5 minutes cut. When you only spend 5 mins and then say it's all done is a joke. One of the worst hair cuts I've ever had. Will not be returning. Save time and disappointment and go somewhere else."

"Ten minute haircut for $25. Mostly men and boys but some ladies. Usually two cutters no waiting. No appointments but you can put your name in before you leave the house."

"I needed a five minute buzz cut. I arrived 10 minutes early, and they were three people cutting hair. The one guy told me I was a little early. He then finished a cut 15 minutes later and disappeared while the other women were doing wash, colors and blow dries. So I waited for 20 more minutes more and then one of the women said the guy went to lunch. The guy didn’t have a common sense or customer service acumen to look around and say something to the only customer waiting there when he knows his co-works we going to be busy for at least 30 more minutes. Bad customer service"
