"I recommend First Lash for brows! The salon is impeccable and its staff is very professional w all they do! I had Lily, the first time I did my brows! Then I went to someone else a year later in another state! Big mistake! BUT, I learned by a huge mistake in doing this! "I drive 45 mins to 1 hr to come to First Lash; and, I would drive 3 hrs if I had to. Not only does Lily (the owner) do the best eyeliner & lip tattooing, but Daniela does the best eyelash "tint and curl," such that I appear as if I am wearing the best mascara ever invented for 2 to 3 MONTHS! Adriana is such a sweet & welcoming person behind the desk when I walk in, too. And Dulce? Well, SHE does the BEST hydrofacials I have EVER had (and I have had plenty in my life). The "platinum facial" includes a lymphatic drainage massage, after which you can quite clearly see puffiness in your face decrease. The prices are SO reasonable. First Lash and Brows is filled with a kind, professional, special staff. I always leave here feeling not only physically beautiful but also mentally refreshed and inevitably happier than when I arrived. What a fabulous group of women who work at this top-notch, heavenly spa. Treat yourself to a facial, eyelash extensions (or, like me, an eyelash "tint and curl/lift), an Eyebrow "Wax, Shape, and Tint" that lasts for 4 to 5 weeks, "fairy lips" (tattoo color w/lip liner), or eyebrow "microblading," in which Lily "draws" in EACH hair (where there were none before) that looks like real hairs. At the (still young!) age of 83, Mom now looks EVEN YOUNGER--as a result of the eyebrows alone. Regarding the eyeliner tattoo, Lily saw me 4 times in order to get the black eyeliner (the color I chose--you can also do brown, etc.) EXACTLY as I wanted it: the thickness, the "wings," and the color were ALL perfect. And she did not charge me for her TIME: she instead charged me ONE set price for the eyeliner tattoo. Over the course of 3 months, she saw me three ADDITIONAL times (after the 1st session) to get it exactly perfect (she can always add "more" color but cannot take color away, so that's why she takes the time to have you come back after you have had a chance to spend with the eyeliner on your face and get used to it and see what YOU think before then returning to add "more" --like making that little "flick"/wing at the end just a teeny bit longer or thicker, for example). Contrary to common fears, I did NOT find the eyeliner tattooing or the lip tattooing painful at all (I actually fell asleep during the lip tattooing lol because the "whirring" noise of the machine was super relaxing). I am not saying the average person will feel no pain (and my lips were swollen after the first session-- the "Angelina Jolie" look, I called it--but that swelling resolved within a few days and I returned 3 more times in order to get JUST the right color and depth that I wanted for my lips). I now wake up in the morning and am ready to go out sans preparation! All of my eyeliners, mascaras, and lipsticks? I threw them ALL away, and the money that Lily has saved me in terms of make-up application is nothing short of astounding. I have a tendency to touch my face a lot, and in the past, I would often forget that I was wearing regular eyeliner and mascara and would rub my eyes while out at dinner, for example. By the time I realized I should not have done that, it was always too late, resulting in a trip to the restroom to try to rectify the horrific black smears. Now I can rub my eyes, swim in the ocean or the pool, shower, etc. and my make-up remains PERFECT because it is a tattoo. I LOVE IT. I give First Lash and Brows in Lexington, MA, a GAZILLION stars. I have enjoyed both "mother/daughter bonding" days at First Lash and Brows AND "hubby/wifey" days too: in fact, my fiancé is having his very first facial EVER with Dulce as I type this. Come and enjoy your treatment (whatever it is you decide to do here). You WILL feel like a million bucks (inside and out) by the time these talented, kind, and HIGHLY EXPERIENCED and PROFESSIONAL ladies are done working on you (not to mention making you feel internally fabulous too, as I keep mentioning because I still cannot get over how true this is!)
