"The ladies at this nail salon quite literally saved my wedding day. I was in Middletown from out of state for my wedding weekend, and I was having an allergic reaction to a gel manicure I had gotten back home. I called the Nail Files and an angel named Renée answered. She told me to come right in and she would fit me in immediately. She was so kind, gentle, and thorough, and took her time to carefully remove the gel and save my nails. I was a stressed out bride having a breakdown and she absolutely saved me from disaster!!! I will now be taking the 45 minute drive just to come here. Everyone who works here is just excellent, and I cannot recommend this place enough!"

"Got an amazing gel manicure/pedicure from Renee and all the ladies there are super nice and welcoming. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back! -Update- Barely 24 hrs later and I already have chipping on one nail and I’ve babied my hands since getting this done- wanted to love this because the ladies were so nice and definitely took their time trying to give a quality job but I’m disappointed and now have to find a fix asap before I leave for a trip in 4 days- other things to be aware of, only have 1 working massage chair (they say they are getting new ones, time will tell, they only opened in the beginning of this year… In terms of hygiene protocols they certainly seem to make an effort but what I experienced were some of the most lax protocols I’ve seen in any nail salon before….(foot tubs aren’t even lined, some tools are reused and everything is just hand sprayed with a disinfectant rather than placed in an autoclave for full sterilization) On the upside, one of the most relaxing foot/hand massages and welcoming atmosphere. I hope with more experience/business cash flow this place improves as its in such a great location but there is a lot of room for improvement here."

"One of the best experiences I've had at a nail salon! The staff is so friendly and kept great conversation. Service was great, the salon was clean and smelt so nice when you first walk in, and the music playlist was on point. So sad that I'm not a permanent resident or else this would be my routine spot! I absolutely love how my nails came out. All of their products smelt amazing and left my skin feeling refreshed and moisturized. Definitely recommend!!!"

"Martiza was awesome! She spent time to make sure I was happy with my nails, even when she had other clients waiting. First time she ever tried the chroming, she was patient and willing to try it, and made sure I was happy with them before finishing!! They were all so sweet and I can tell they really care a lot about their clients! Would recommend!!"
