"Up until yesterday I really liked coming here to a particular stylist, then I was basically made to feel like I was the one who messed up 2 appointments. I don't know if they even look at their appointment book! I showed up and was told that my stylist was not working that day, even though I called day before to make the appt and was told she would be there. Ok, no problem I'll come back next day same time (saw her write my name in book). Came back and was told that she was at lunch for 40 mins. Really? Best part was when the woman actually said to me "the girls at the desk don't know what they're doing", completely unprofessional! So, obviously they don't really care about their clients (no apology) nor do they care about their employees....so unprofessional. Really disappointing...do not waste your time coming here."
