"one of the worst nail experiences i’ve had. artists were clearly talking behind all of our backs. they kept trying to force me into the more expensive option to which i kept saying no, then they finished my nails with dip powder coating the back and top of my fingers. he then proceeded to rip into the back of my nail making them bleed and when i left he asked where his tip was. i never do not tip but i did forget the money in my hand as i was walking out but i felt was very disrespectful. i never write complaints but this was not okay."

"Everyone there is friendly. I usually see Gene there and she is great! She always has good recommendations for what I’m looking for. She does a great job and is gentle when it comes to things that can hurt a little when typically getting your nails done like having pushing cuticles back. I like this because it makes for a really relaxing experience while still giving me exactly what I’m looking for."

"My daughter had her 11th birthday party today at sweet dreams and the girls had the best treatment. I made arrangements 2 weeks ahead and they were ready for us. The staff was wonderful, kind and catered to the girls like vip. I would recommend any birthday party here-love all who work here. Spa birthday party at sweet dreams = success!"

"Have been going to this nail salon for a while now and they never disappoint! My UV Gel fill in is always done perfectly, Nicole is very skilled in design work no matter what photo I show her. They offer a nail membership card that is stamped every time you visit for rewards and give the best massages as part of your service. Always extremely nice and welcoming! Tons of colors to choose from and several spa pedicure options. Appointments are always best but they always accept walk ins! Thanks for the best nails Sweet Dream Salon!"

"Extremely upset. If I return, I will only let Kim do my nails. I had went for a full set, but I could not leave the salon the way they looked. Each nail looked completely different, the “coffin” shape was uneven, the layer of gel was way too thick in some areas, and my cuticles bled on 3 different fingers, (You can see faintly) it was just a mess. I wanted the nails off and gone and said it at least 5 times. But Kim told me that would take longer, so I gave up and got the color changed and the nails thinned out. The nails I have now look okay, but I still do not love them. The worst part is, I paid 65$. No money off at all for the waste of time which I was shocked about. I love Kim and have been coming for years but these acrylics are hardly any longer than my original length and are not worth 65$ At all. I appreciate her taking action to try and make them better but charging 65$ after that experience with “okay” nails was not worth it."
