Please note that credit card information is required upon booking, but will not be charged until the service is completed. Unfortunately, gift cards and FSA/HSA cards cannot be used to book online. We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Any cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will incur a 50% fee of the service.
Minors under the age of 15 require a parent or guardian's consent to receive spa services at Glow. Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be present for redemption. We accept payment in Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, FSA/HSA, cash, and check. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and have your waiver filled out.
Please note that there is a zero refund policy on all services, retail, and gift cards purchased at Glow. All children visiting Glow must be supervised at all times. "I have been going to Glow hair skin & harmony for years, from when they were in Fall River and then moved to Somerset. My experiences were always great in the beginning, however with each visit the quality has been getting worse. I use to see Vanessa and then when she left, I would see Simone. With Simone on leave I have tried several of the other newer girls. Some with skills better than others, but regardless each time I have felt gypped. I show up 5-10 minutes early for each massage time, yet the massage therapist starts 10-15 minutes late then will still finish at what should have been my 1 hour time mark. Therefore, for the past 4-5 visits I have been getting 30-45 minute massages, but paying for 60 minutes. Not to mention the prices keep increasing drastically. I had a couples massage this past winter for $180, by February/ March time-frame the price had jumped to $250! When I asked why the price jumped up so much, the response was because the couples massage is 75 min instead of 60 min now. So you're telling me it jumped $70 for 15 min? Unfortunately, I will be searching for a new massage/spa location. I just can't justify the prices or quality anymore."
