"Went to Renzo Salon for the first time today and it was a really good experience for the most part. I called yesterday (Friday 11/02) and asked to schedule an appointment thinking it wouldn’t be for a couple weeks out. The gal on the phone said she could get me in that evening or tomorrow. I took tomorrow (Saturday 11/03). Couldn’t believe they had openings! I was excited. Everyone was friendly and conversed easily. I asked for a trim and face framed layers and walked out knowing I didn’t get the layers done but my hair wasn’t messed up so I wasn’t going to complain. I’ll reschedule anyways in 3 months cause they’re so nice and did a good job with what was accomplished. They give you a little gift for being new."
