I appreciate the organized display of colors available in gel, dip, and regular polish, making it easy to match and browse. Thu, my favorite nail tech, is not only skilled but also friendly, remembering details from previous visits. However, all the techs I've had did a great job. Even during busy times, they manage to stick to the scheduled appointment time. Fair prices too"

"I’ve been coming to iPolish Nail Bar since they opened and I have had the best experience with all their staff every single time. From pedicure, to gel mani, acrylic and dip. The final product is always beautiful and just what I asked for. The owners are extremely nice and professional, and very attentive with their customers. "I was very surprised with my experience after reading all the wonderful reviews. A few notable things that happened: - I booked an appointment online with Angie, 1 week in advance. I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment, and waited for 15-20 minutes to be seen. - I booked the organic exfoliating manicure (no gel)… and was given a basic manicure. No exfoliating sugar scrub. No hot towel wrap. (Both of which are mentioned as services). It was just a very rushed manicure. I included a photo to show how rushed this was. You can see the 2nd coat of polish didn’t even fully cover the first coat. 2 nails had bubbles. And I could still see my nail whites through the polish when I left.. - One woman prepped my nails/cuticles and it was painful. No soaking. She put hot lotion glove on my hands and then immediately started pushing my cuticles back without letting it sit for a minute to soften them. Then she left and a different woman painted them. I didn’t get either of their names and I’m not sure if I was seen by Angie, who I had booked with. This was just such a strange experience. I felt as though I was treated differently from other customers because I didn’t want gel polish. This was my first time and I won’t be going back here."

"Super cute and clean salon. Did dip powder with nail extensions and Hannah did a wonderful job working quickly & giving me the shape and length I wanted. The chair was very comfy and I enjoyed the selection of colors and even the TV."
