"I get a spa pedicure every 6 to 8 weeks. Includes massage, nail care, paraffin mask, and polish. It's 's my award! Great color choices for polish. Massage chairs are awesome. Nail techs are skilled. Keeps me from having to go to podiatrist often."

"I was gifted the all day relaxing retreat package for my birthday and overall was impressed with the services I received. My massage and facial were excellent and I could tell how much the therapists love what they do. My mani/pedi was good - not the best I’ve ever had but certainly of good quality. The package ended with a blowout which was unfortunately awful. The stylist was clearly in a rush and spent very little time washing my hair or even asking me how I’d like to be styled. She was a bit rough with her hands and styling tools. I had had such a wonderful day up until then and was really disappointed to be walking out with hair that looked like I’d done it myself. I was also charged an extra $15 for “curls” which didn’t last more than a couple of hours and my hair can hold a curl. I will go back for spa services but will not likely ever have my hair done there again."

"It’s hard to rate, the spa side when I went years ago was great. However, I went recently and the hair salon was terrible. It was a slightly snowy day but they were open and having a young kid it’s hard to find a sitter so I went to my scheduled appointment, even calling ahead to make sure it was all set. I went in to get a color and cut, apparently my hairdressers assistant called out and she was complaining she had to wash my hair. I’m sorry I am PAYING for this service and I’m very pregnant with a young kid at home I barely get out and want to enjoy it when I do. So then during the cut she never asked me how short I wanted my layers or angles or where I parted my hair and just did whatever and finished almost rushed. I felt like I was a bother to her. Also she charged me for a gloss which I never asked for, I asked for dark brown (my natural color) and she died it black. Overall very disappointed paying >200 for a color I didn’t want, a cut in which she did whatever and the comments about not having her assistant…"

"Pictures speak for themselves. What I asked for vs. what I got. This lady ripped my hair out because didn’t bother using a brush after I told her my hair was a little knotted. Her fingers ripped through my already thin and weak hair. It had been falling out already previously to the visit and she just made it worse. This visit was so uncomfortable and painful physically to my head. She tried twice and failed both times. To make matters worse, her next client has sat down next to me, waiting for her to start her appointment. At that point, I just wanted to leave because all eyes were on me and I wasn’t going to be rude or make her keep trying new hairstyles or different techniques. I could go on for hours talking about this experience. What it boils down to is this service sucked."
