"Melissa is the best nail technician I have ever been to, however, other booth rental professionals think it’s fine to bring their young unbehaved children to the salon. I had to listen to this the entire time I was having a pedicure. This was obviously not relaxing. I’m sure other clients felt the same."

"Easy to get to. They do take walk-ins, but it's best if you make an appt. If you decide to go there, book an appt w/ Amanda S. She is PHENOMENAL at her craft. She is also a truly GREAT PERSON who cares about her clients- she is honest. example-If you want a certain color or highlights, but your hair is not in a healthy state to take the chemicals, she will advise you accordingly. Even if it means she's going to lose money on what would've been a lucrative service; she won't let you ruin your hair. I'm a regular & she has been doing my hair for about 10yrs or so...my kids too. Amanda is fast, thorough, efficient & has the amazing ability to give you exactly what you're looking to do. If she moved to Maine (from her spot @Lavish here in Derry)-I would drive all the way up there just have her do my hair. SHE IS THAT AWESOME. She's the only one I can personally vouch for @ Lavish... the other stylists are very friendly & the atmosphere in there is welcoming. So if you want to check it out, book your initial appt w/her by calling the salon (her schedule is Wed, Fri & Sat). Ask for an appt w/Amanda S. You will not be disappointed!"

"My daughter waited an hour for her stylist to show up! Then the color is NOT even close to the color she wanted. She showed a picture to her and the color came out three shades darker on the ends and at least four darker on the roots. We had an emergency and had to use an different salon someone recommended Lavish! Well I could not do the same"

"Best salon I've known!!! First time coming here and the experience was amazing! The place is very clean and well kept and the workers are amazing! One of the owners was there and she was si nice and friendly. I had Courtney, as requested from my sis who had her before. The reviews about her, are just an understatement of how good she is. She's a sweetheart and such a great worker! I just had a simple trim, wash and style and it was heaven! Very diligent and makes sure to walk you through the whole process and checks in with you to make sure the process is going how you'd like it to. She's also very gentle, which I appericate.Will definitely be back and will be telling others about this awesome place!"
