"My first visit was great, Quang did an amazing job and was patient with my nails. I came back for a fill in on Monday I was the only one in the shop and a lady did my nails she did them so fast completely rushed. I got gel and there’s debris underneath the coating, she didn’t clean off, air pocket, no pink background like it was supposed to be. I got a ying/yang nail she never put the white dot I had to tell her cause she began to lotion my hands. I tip very well always $20, this set wasn’t worth it. Just be more caring to your customers so they’re forever customers. If I can request Quang everytime that’ll be nice thank you. It’s a great environment just need to care more about your quality."
