"My sister and I have never had mani/pedis before and this was not a good experience. When entering it doesn’t look like the photos, it is very dirty and unsanitary. We didn’t know what the products were and no one came to talk to us. The only reason we were able to pick a color is because a different customer told us what each of the things were. The pedicure chairs looked like they had never been cleaned. The man and woman who did our pedicures were very kind and gentle. They did a good job and were cognizant of any issues we mentioned, however they used previously opened single use packets of product. The warm towels looked dirty, and they took their gloves off partway through. The manicures were horrible. The woman who did my sister’s came over while she was still sitting in the pedicure chair. She stood next to the chair and made my sister lean over the side of the chair. She was rude, she said we couldn’t use the product my sister wanted because the sparkles we wanted "must" have a colored base, and insulted my sister by saying “you have really short nails.” She made my sister use the UV curer by balancing it on the arms of our chairs, and didn’t answer any questions my sister had. She did a bad job of painting the nails and left them looking clumpy and bubbled. My sister has allergies to a lot of products, and when my sister asked to see the ingredients, the woman put the product on first and then handed over the bottle. Well there was an ingredient that caused my sister to immediately get a rash and itching. When I got my manicure the woman commented that we have so many colors despite most of the colors being ones that we were told we needed to have, not what we asked for ourselves. She was rough, and cut up the skin around my nails. She ripped at the live tissue and caused my fingers to bleed and swell. The paint is uneven and clumsy. The entire time she kept asking how many stars I was going to give her. She may have been joking but I wasn’t going to say anything negative when she was already causing me pain. We did not feel comfortable to voice any concerns or comment on the process. When I asked what to do to improve the overall health of my nails, her only answer was to come back for more manicures. I was cold so at one point she put a floor foot heater on the desk and then didn’t wash her hands before continuing. When paying they said we MUST give a cash tip and told my sister that she needed to give them a larger tip since four different people did our services. We could have done a better job watching YouTube and painting them ourselves. This place seems like it used to be significantly better and that the people there don’t realize how bad it has become. I wish we had felt comfortable enough to ask questions. This experience was painful, not worth the $220, and makes us hesitant to try getting a “professional” nail service again."

"Called for an immediate appointment they squeezed me in and did an absolutely amazing job! I am beyond happy with how my nails came out! I got a dip french manicure! They were so nice, complimenting me the entire time! I have to say the salon is a little small but they service is great! Thank you so much!! I will be back!!"
