"This place is cheap and inconsistent. I've been here twice. The first time, I left feeling very satisfied with my experience. The stylist was friendly and he was very particular about the specific cut that I wanted and made sure to spend as much time as necessary on it. The second time, however, was not nearly as good. The stylist did not know what to do with my hair and he didn't tell me! He turned my back to the mirror for the entire time and it really did not help my anxiety. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. One of the stylists saw me and immediately called over the manager to see what she could do. By the end of the session, both the stylist and I were frustrated with what had happened to my hair at Great Clips. I don't think the standards for being a stylist at Great Clips are particularly high. The only good thing about this place is the price :("
