"Can’t comment on the quality of the services, although the premises were very nice and the employee on the desk was personable. My issue is with their on-line booking. I booked online for a noon, same day appointment at around 7a. The booking went through and I got a message that an email will confirm when the shop opens at 9a. I didn’t receive and email but a text (10a) instructing me to reply Y as confirmation to accept appointment notifications. I complied and got a response text saying that I am signed up for appt notifications (sic). I show up at 11:45a and I am told my appointment is at 2p. When I said that I booked for 12p online I was told that the online isn’t always accurate. Not having time for a 2p appointment, having after-school obligations, I was irritated by having my day wasted. If they are going to offer online booking then they should either honor the commitment or call the customer to confirm…especially as the admit the platform is, in their words, “not always accurate.”"

"I have been going to L'Equipe for about two years now after an at home hair coloring tragedy! Steve took his time and corrected the mess and I came out looking great! I have very curly hair and Steve has cut my hair in such a way that I can wear it curly or blow it out. I have come to know most of the staff there and they are very friendly and courteous. The salon is exceptionally clean and sanitized and you feel very safe in this environment. I look forward to my appointments...it is a great salon where you can relax and be pampered and come out looking much better than when you went in!"
