The environment is open and friendly (such that others can replicate my color/profile if my preferred stylist is not available). Color, cut, and products are perfect, and they offer blow outs for a v reasonable price vs. blow dry salons. Stylists are happy to work on my children (now 11) as well as my family when they visit. For example, at my last appointment, I got caught in terrible traffic so I called to let them know. The receptionist, Julie, was very friendly and understanding and let my stylist know. In general it seems to be a very well-run business, nicely priced with a very warm community vibe."
