"I can’t believe this salon is still open. My scalp was burned so badly during getting a relaxer/cut and style there!! she just kept styling like nothing happened and i was in so much pain! I don’t know if the stylist is still there but she was so inattentive and careless, gossiping with the other stylists not paying attention or half paying attention!! everyone’s experience is different but the stylists when i was there gossiped way too much and didn’t pay attention to what they were doing and if i could give them a negative 10 stars i would!"

"The prices are inconsistent. They seem to charge you for a style depending on what they feel like in the moment, and it's usually costly. Prices go up every time I go down there, which is at least once every month and a half. They also charge one person one price and another individual getting the same thing will be charged something completely different. It doesn't make sense. So disappointing because I used to enjoy coming here."

"What you should know about going here is , you go here when you know you have nothing doing or nowhere to go for the day, because trust me it will take you all day at this salon. This used to be the best place before covid when they had many stylist. But now it's just two of them there ,they are very slow and not that skilled with morden hairstyles. But since they are one of the few salons in the area who do black hair ,you don't really have a choice . Unless you are willing to drive far."

"I used to go there years ago and decided to return for a color. I called ahead and made an appointment for 10am on Thursday. I arrived at 9:55am just in case I needed a few minutes to talk to the person doing my hair. I was greeted and asked what I was getting done. Sandra asked me to sit down and wait. I waited 45 mins and finally decided to asked if I am next or should I come back? Sandra told me I was next and 5 minutes later she started my hair. I paid $120 plus $20 for tips for a professional hair color and she didn't style my hair. Once I got home, I noticed some parts were not completely color but did not pay much attention to it. Once the color settled less than a week. The patches became more noticeable. I decided to called on Wednesday and Sandra got offended because I wanted to go and have her fix it. She said I waited a whole week and that my hair was color completely when I left. She didn't offer an apology nor wanted to fix it. So, I just decided to say thank you and ended the call. They would never again get my business."
