I was hysterical, and not only did she calm me down, but she reassured me that everything would be fine. She listened intently while I told her what I was looking for. "I had a really bad haircut (way too short even though I requested “shoulder length” and showed her with my hand) and not good color with Helen. I notice now how uneven the cut is! I paid for partial highlights which disappeared the first time I washed my hair at home! I would NOT recommend this place!! And overpriced! Over $220 plus tip for cut and color I absolutely hate! When it grows out a bit I will have to go somewhere else to see if they can fix it. Unfortunately I have to live with the bad haircut and wait for it to grow."

Wish they gave options for tipping other than cash - I'm a generous tipper and the time it takes me to go to the ATM is worth more than they save in credit cards fees, which just isn't reasonable. Nor do I need to be inconvenienced so the stylist can hide their income to evade paying their taxes."
