"Over the past two years, I have used the salon to have my roots colored. I had to switch from the first hairstylist to the second hairstylist there because I could not leave without color in my hair. Granted my hair is very thick and it is hard to rinse, if you are in a hurry. I continued to go back as the cost seemed reasonable and I need my roots done every 3-4 weeks. . The ladies are pleasant there however, this week I needed my hair trimmed. I had 3 to 4 inches taken off as you can see in some of the photos below my hair is all different lengths , and I will have to have a couple more inches taken off to have it made even. The photos don’t do the mistake justice. It looks as though someone got a hold of the scissors in the middle of my sleep and started chopping my hair. This is not a haircut that someone who knows how to cut hair gives. I knew leaving the place my hair couldn’t be straight but I had no idea parts were three inches shorter than others. If you’re looking for your hair colored and it’s thin this is the place for you. Great conversation and nice individuals. If you’re looking for a haircut I would highly recommend you go elsewhere. I will be paying for another cut to fix the mess that was made and the upset it has caused me wasn’t worth saving a few bucks. I gave one star as color was applied to my roots and came out fine over the years. I give a negative 100 for the haircut. Color left in my hair can be rinsed out but I can’t put back all the inches or the embarrassment of a week with noticeable messed up hair."
