"Everyone was very nice, my kids loved their haircuts. The place was very clean. Just an fyi ,this place is hopping on the weekends, so expect to wait 40 plus minutes without an appointment."

"My husband brought my 5 yr old son to get his haircut at this location, and a child's cut is $12, $15 if you tip. The woman who cut his hair did a terrible job. We asked her to do a fade cut, she did a faux-hawk, but when we brought him home, and looked at his haircut in better light, we noticed tufts of hair all over his head longer than the rest of his hair (where it should have been the shortest). When my husband paid, he didn't tip her because she didn't give our son the haircut we discussed. She made sure to sigh loudly and sarcastically say "thanks" under her breath as she walked away without even completing the transaction with my husband. We brought him back to have them fix it, they refused to do so without charging another $12. Now I have to spend additional money at a different place just to get my son's hair fixed because GREAT clips isn't so great."

"they messed me up I asked for a low taper and half an inch of the top i did not get a low taper and i got a inch and a half off the top and it is uneven now i look like my dog when he gets shaved"

"I like going on the app to check in but the experience I had when I was there was not good customer service. Waited almost an hour after one of the stylists took the customer that was there after me. SHE TOTALLY SKIPPED ME! Then when I mentioned I had been waiting almost an hour the male stylist corrected me! On top of all that the stylist that did my hair did not do a good job, she did a rush job. Never going back!"

"Had the best hair cur of my life with Justin. He really saw my hairs waves and widow peaks. Most cuts are to harsh for my old face. He softened the cut, textured and did an amazing job!!! Also he was just fun to chat with... ThNk you Justin!!!!!!!"
