"Booked a 5pm appointment for a blowout, on my way there at 4:40pm I get a text saying my appointment is cancelled. No phone call from the salon. Tried calling to clarify and no answer x3. Disappointed I couldn’t reschedule."

"Just got my hair dyed and pricing was great and they did an amazing job. They listened to what I wanted and gave me what I wanted and made it come out great I didnt want bleach used and they didnt just applied the dye over my natural color and they did as asked and it looks fantastic. They also cleanied up my undercut so it it was even and curled the long part of my hair."

"Scheduled this appt for my daughter. It was foe 1:45. We got there on time. We walked in and instantly I got a bad vibe. There were 4 salon workers working, one at the front desk. No one greeting you, or asked if we had an appt or what we needed. So we sat down. It was very loud as they were helping clients. So as 15 minutes past our appt time no one came over to see if we were the next client, let us know how long it would be, nothing. We were scheduled with "Tatianma" you would think she would come check her clients. Nope. Im legally blind, never been to this establishment, felt very much unwelcomed and so we got up and left. Not going to stay if people are not responsible to check on their confirmed new clients so going elsewhere."

"Tatiana did a wonderful job on my hair. Colored, painted the ends, made the colors blend with natural tones with a little extra depths. My cut looks great. I live out of state but as a yearly visitor I’ll be sure to book in advance. The place is incredibly beautiful inside & wash area sinks/chairs are the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in."
