"After hearing positive things about this salon from a friend of mine who has known the owner for years, I decided to make an appointment for my daughter to get a much needed haircut. Scheduling was easy, and when I realized I had to change my appointment short notice, they were very understanding & willing to be flexible & accommodating, providing me with another appointment on an alternative date. We arrived a few minutes early, and were greeted by the friendly staff. They told us how stylist Darlene would be right with us in a few minutes. We noticed upon entering the salon, that it was very clean, comfortable & appeared to have a relaxed atmosphere. Our stylist took us promptly at our scheduled time & was sure to discuss the details of the cut for my daughter, before even touching her hair, just to be sure that she knew exactly what we were looking for & how short we wanted her to go. We agreed on 6 inches, because her hair was very long & tangles easily. I could tell that client's satisfaction was very important to her, which I was impressed by. Darlene was a real sweetheart, very nice & professional, also clearly experienced! My daughter is very shy (age 7) but she knew how to put her at ease & make sure she had a pleasant first time experience. The outcome was great & the cost was very reasonable. Both my daughter & I were very pleased with the cut, she has already received compliments on it! In fact, I even spoke to Darlene about returning to the salon soon for myself for both a cut & color. I would definitely recommend Changes to anyone looking for quality hairstyles, cuts, color, etc...you will be treated with respect & made to feel right at home. I like that this is a family owned business as well. The owner works alongside his wife, sister, & daughter. They have all been in this business for years. All very kind people who know & love hair! Location is easy to find & I have nothing but positive feedback on this salon. I'm glad I chose to try Changes. From now on, this is going to be our "go to place"! I will also add that Darlene gave us the option of washing the hair first, but we ended up skipping that. Again, she was willing to do whatever we wanted. I can't get over how great it looks & perfectly even too."

"This place has terrible customer service. I showed up to an appointment on time and yet they seated another customer who showed up after me. After sitting in a cold dark waiting area for 30 minutes I pointed out that I still hadn't been seen. The guy's response was that I needed to be patient, not an apology or a "we'll be right with you." The sarcastic "Merry Christmas" as I walked out was so unprofessional."

"I have been going to Changes for years! This is the only place that I trust to cut my hair. When you walk into changes, you immediately become a member of the Changes family. Mike and all the ladies at Changes are all fantastic. Always with smiling faces and great conversation. Mike from changes is an amazing hair professional who you can trust with all of your hair needs. I love love love this place and will never go anywhere else. "I have been to many salons and boutiques in my life. A week or two ago I decided to give Changes family Hair Care a chance. I was greeted like I was a queen. I sat in the chair and we discussed colors to match what I had been doing. Michael hit the nail on the head with the color. He is not only professional but quick. The shoppe was extremely clean and quite spacious. The prices were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this Salon. I left their feeling so beautiful. Thank you Michael for making me feel good again! The people who published bad reviews are delusional in posting such ridiculous comments! This business caters to the public in the utmost professional manner and it you left negative comments, shame on you!"
