"I got a set of gypped nails at another salon and I needed them fixed ASAP for my graduation. This couple managed to squeeze me in at the end of the same day I called just to make that happen. When I got there everything went smooth and we were joking around a bit. Not only did they take their time to make sure that everything was fixed but that I loved it too. I couldn’t be more happy and grateful that they took me in at such last minute and fixed my nails. I will definitely be going back"

"My favorite place to go for my nails. They always ask, as they go, if I like how the nails are coming out so far. They really care if you're happy with your nails before you leave and will fix anything if you speak up and are unhappy with something. I've been coming here for over a year and will continue to do so."

"Not that impressed. I was ready to leave before I even sar in the chair. Owner came over and scolded me for opening the nail polish bottles so I could check out the color. Lady left not even halfway before starting to pay the meter, but came back with food. Owner tried to charge me $30 for an acrylic FILL and gel polish. After asking him why so much when my friend got the same thing but a FULL SET for $32, he told me it's more for the length I have & $3 for a cut down. (My nails looked almost the same length from when I walked in & if I knew I was going to be charged $3 for that, I would have had them actually cut down). When it came closer to the time to pay, I was told if I was a returning customer it would only be $25. He then gave me a $3 discount & a $2 for paying cash. Still have to clean up the polish that was left on my skin next to my nails. For that I would have continued to go down the street to Lucky Nails which is a nicer salon. (The actual salon is NOT the picture shown!)"

"This is the first time here and I had a great experience! The staff was friendly and very helpful when I was being indecisive about nail colors. They explained to me acrylic nails and I got them for the first time and love them! They stayed open late to finish my nails and were wonderful. Thank you so much!"

"Shittiest experience ever. They were so nice to my friends an extremely rude to me. They just did whatever they wanted with my nails and we're picking on me at the same time.. I suggest you go to lucky nails right down the street. It has way better quality prices and the people are wonderful. This guy at design nails is extremely rude."
