"Surprisingly bad at cutting bangs! I have (I think) pretty easy hair and come in for (I think) pretty easy things—straight across the back to get rid of damaged ends and a bangs trim—and both times have discovered once home that my bangs emerged wonky and uneven. Clearly I need to spend more time with my glasses on (I’m blind as a bat) checking things out while still in the chair. I wonder if the stylists have more practice with less boring cuts than mine. Other than that, the atmosphere is quite pleasant, prices reasonable, stylists friendly and considerate and not too chatty if you mostly feel like zoning out."

"I have always had a good haircut. I made an appointment for the 1st time with Jacque. I liked her haircut because she was precise. She reminded me of my hairdresser in Boston.Giacomo was an exceptional hairdresser. After a while I was given to other harcutters in the salon to cut my hair. I was not used to that. The other problem was making appointments. Very hard to get one when you really needed it. I felt that they catered to a favorite group and I was not one of them. The appointment desk was not very sincere. I could read right through her."

"I went to Salon Jacque yesterday for the second time for a hair color, and I would definitely recommend coming here whether you are passing through, just moved to town, or you are looking for a new stylist. Shayna worked a miracle on my hair- the first time I came here, I wanted to go from blonde to red. I wasn't sure about what shade to choose, so I asked her to pick for me and surprise me. The result was incredible. When it comes to hair, Shayna has amazing judgment and did fantastic color work. I asked her again yesterday because I was thinking of a darker shade, and Shayna did not disappoint. She gave my bangs a wonderful cut and styled me in a way that I felt like a new person leaving the salon. You can tell she cares about her clients, and she will explain each step of the process as your hair is getting treated. Additionally, Salon Jacque as a whole has such a comforting, welcoming environment. All the ladies there are so fun and nice to talk to, and you can tell this is a local business that has been well loved and cares about its community. You are made to feel at home the second you enter the salon, and the second you sit in the stylist's chair, you can feel all of your stress from earlier in the day dissipate. I would 100% recommend coming here."

"I love the staff and how they listen to what style/cut i want. They are always incredibly welcoming and the ambiance is beautiful. I've been going to these folk for 3yrs straight working with Amy and now Shaina (most likely spelt wrong... sorry!). I'm in love with my newest cut and am finding fun and exciting ways to style!"
