"I had a really extensive color service done with Alyssa a few days ago, and I have NEVER been more impressed with a service before! The color is so gorgeous & vibrant people are telling me they think it’s a wig at first. Alyssa herself was so great to hang out with for a full 6 hour day, and she fully transformed my head into a work of art. I will highly recommend her to anyone who needs color work done!"

"Charlie was amazing! My first time in the salon and she made me feel heard and took time to understand what exactly I wanted. Sometimes I get nervous because I have trouble explaining exactly what I want, but Charlie was able to listen to me and asked the right questions to make sure we were both on the same page. Gave great product recommendations and even after my hair was done was able to take the extra steps to help bring to life what I envisioned in my head for my haircut. Will be back for sure!"

"Been here 3 times with different stylists each time, though I think I finally found the one I'm going to stick with (shoutout to Charlie!). I'm pretty easily overwhelmed by the prospect of being touched by strangers and also having visible alterations to my appearance happen right in front of me but my stylists all made me feel comfortable and though getting my hair cut from near waist-length (which I'd had for my entire life up until a few months ago) to an extremely short length (not covering my ears on the sides) was drastic and a bit scary for me, they did really solid jobs. While I usually walk out of the salon still feeling a bit in shock, once that initial feeling wears off, I always really appreciate the work that they did. Thank you guys so much for providing some needed gender euphoria and helping me pass :)"

"Everyone at Herdis the salon is extremely kind, patient, and helpful in my experience! I go every few months for a trim and I always see Lily. Lily is amazing with curly hair and after years of bad haircuts, I am so thrilled to have finally found a stylist who I can trust to cut my curls!
