"I was in the hadley ulta, I spent over 200.00 in this store. The woman left me in the middle of helping me, and said she had to do something. I had never been in in ulta before. Needless to say I had no clue what to buy. Then I get 2 bills for over 200.00 after I paid the first one off early!!! Now I have a mascara I bought for 30.00 and it's a big dried up clump , I can't even use it.. do these guys replace something with another brand that's not dried up clumps??? Very disappointed"

"Crissy is MAGIC! She was so excited to do a transformation when I said I wanted to go from copper to blonde and she did this in ONE session! She is so amazing at what she does and makes you feel so comfortable while in her chair. Ulta is sooo lucky to have a stylist like Crissy working for them. UPDATE: Crissy has moved to COY in Easthampton! You can book on Vagaro!"

"My sister booked me a haircut and hair straightening at the Ulta Salon, and honestly can say my hair has not looked this good before! Growing up in the amherst/Hadley area, it was very hard to find people who could handle my type of hair, but Crissy was an expert at it! They made me feel comfortable and welcome, and most important of all, was a wizard with my hair as you can see the side by side in the pic. 100% recommended! It does suck that pricing is a little high and straightening + blowout is separate charges but spent $99 and was well worth it. Was skeptical going in but left amazed. The other stylist did a great job as well and both her and crissy did a great job at making their clients feel beautiful + super nice and personable."

"I made an appointment at Ulta for hair coloring and a cut, and I chose that salon for one reason: Christian, the stylist. I've followed them from the beginning of their professional career until now and, I anticipate, beyond! Christian is kind and caring and is a great listener. They want to satisfy their customers completely and never rush. Christian's great! The only reason I gave Ulta 4 stars instead of 5 is because prices at the salon are high."
