"I recently switched from CVS in Wakefield because I didn’t think it could get much worse… but it did. I had my doctor refill a prescription over a month ago and never heard from the pharmacy so I had them refill it again. When I called them to see if it was ready they said yes it was and they just didn’t have my phone number to let me know. So I gave it to them. I went right after to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. They said I would need to wait 15 min but I didn’t have time so I said I would come another day. I called several days later. I was told once again it was not ready. So at this point I’m very frustrated. I never heard back from them to say it was ready. Several days ago I get a message from the pharmacy (it’s all garbled and I can’t understand it) about something regarding my prescription. I call back today to be told it has been ready since the 12th and they just put it back on the shelf (they can only hold it for 10 days etc etc) This is not true since I have been consistently trying to get in touch to see if it’s ready. No apology or anything- the lady made it seem like it’s my fault. Do they not have a texting option to let you know when your prescription is ready? I shouldn’t have to play phone tag and guess when my prescription is ready. Horrible customer service. I’m switching pharmacies again. So ridiculous"
"It's good for a Walgreens. I was able to do a return after losing my receipt and got store credit. I've been here a few times and had good experiences with workers in both the Photo and Checkout sections, as well as with a manager though I didn't catch their name."
"A lot of the employees I have had the unfortunate circumstance of interacting with here have been miserable people. The speaker box at the drive up pharmacy is insulting and top it off with people whispering through the phone that is used to deliver the audio, the entire experience is angering to say the least. There is also a few spanish speaking employees who need to realize that white people are not dumb and useless and can very much understand what they are saying."
"Every one in here is nice but the pharmacy drops the ball so often we are going to have to switch."
"Very poor customer service. Not any better from manager Lilly. Today I went here to get throat spray and had to wait in a small line when customer had to get money from her husband. Why didn't the cashier who was also the manager put the things aside while other customers could be rung up. Also why didn't the other cashier stay long enough for the customers to get rung up? Being short staffed is becoming old as an excuse for poor customer service. Also why are there no response to these reviews from corporate? Very interesting."
