"Great experience with the doctor he was very but I do have to edit incorrect this my dog was diagnosed and now I tried to see if there was something we could do about the medical records because maybe in a few years this problem that he diagnosed my dog will occur and then the insurance will not cover it because it'll be pre-existing and I was told I have to come in and pay for another which is definitely not fair I shouldn't have to pay for another exam I already paid for an exam and was giving false information and how to figure out the problem on my own and now I'm stuck with incorrect things in my dog's medical records but I will say they're very kind and I would take my dog back basically always get a second and sometimes a third"

"Pretty terrible front desk service. Not helpful when scheduling appointments and will schedule a booster appointment after the window of when it’s good for (and then blame you for missing the window). If you only need a basic checkup it’s fine, but don’t expect anything more than taking the pet’s weight and temperature."
