"There are two CVS in Melrose and this is the bad one. Prescriptions take forever, are never ready when initially told in the app."

"Told me to do walk in covid vaccine next day. I arrived and they told me no spots for the day… Asked for a script - instead of explaining it would take longer, they gave a vague - “we’ll text you later” with a phone number via text. I called and no one ever picked up - instead they hung up on me. Meanwhile my 4 year old is sick another 2 days without meds… This location is poorly managed and short staffed and limited hours. I’ll be using Walgreens across the street next time. Most the CVSs locally se to have 2.5 star ratings… terrible."

"Staff gave me a partially filled prescription without ever pointing out that one of the items was out of stock. I went back and asked about it, they offered no help until I asked I then to check with nearby locations and transfer my prescriptions. It’s kinda ridiculous it didn’t occur to them that these information should be shared."

"We've had a number of prescriptions filled here and they are remarkably reliable at making mistakes. It's become a running joke whenever we head to CVS, to see what will go wrong. Other customers in line ahead of us also seem to have similar problems. Filled the wrong prescription, confirmed something is filled on the phone when it wasn't ready yet, used a different dosage without informing us, and always closed in the middle of the day...just to name a few."
