"Wonderful doctors and staff..even with the difficult pups ( mine was not having a happy day after her rabies shot) The office is clean and comfortable and they explain everything thoroughly. Prices are reasonable too. I wouldn't go anywhere else!"

"I used to like this place and trusted them with my pets’ health for years. However, last year, one of my dogs started having arthritis issues. She was seen by different vets here and I did whatever they recommended. 10 days ago, my dog lost her appetite, so I took her back in to get checked out. I was there for two hours while they did all the blood tests, and they told me everything looked fine but they felt a pouch in her body, so they took a sample and for cytology. They gave her a shot for her pain, changed and added on more medication and told me to return back in few days if it didn’t help. My dog started having difficulties with breathing the night after the vet saw her, and she passed away on the way to an emergency vet. I also still haven’t been contacted about the cytology results after 10 days, when they said they would call me with the results in 3-5 days. I am very disappointed in their practices, though I like Dr. Bill, I think I will not take my pets there anymore."

The vets are thorough and caring; they take time to explain the treatment plan and answer any wacky questions we have. They're always so accommodating; they've been able to squeeze our girls in same day if needed."

"In order to have my dogs groomed here I had to switch vets and pay for a welcome visit, which I would have been fine with IF a professional groomer gave them haircut. They were shaved bald and “groomer” told me this is a side job and she doesn’t know how to give a haircut just has one blade to shave dogs!!!! I never would have ever switched and paid for welcome visit had I been told truth from start!"
