The ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful. I loved the convenience of online scheduling as well. The vet tech Jillian and Dr. Arsenault were excellent! Very caring and compassionate. Upfront and clear communication about costs, procedures, etc. I am very pleased and will return."

"Lafayette Animal Hospital is an a wonderful place to bring your fur babies. They always go out of their way to get appointments scheduled in a timely manner, based on the reason for the appointment. Our pups especially enjoy seeing Dr. Abbott, she’s so caring and patient. Taking the time to listen to any specific questions or concerns and making sure our dogs feel comfortable during the visit. But overall, entire staff is so wonderful and caring! And not too mention, always following up with a phone call to check in after procedures and appointments."

As it turns out, my dog needed a more urgent exam before the original one was scheduled and LAH was able to accommodate us. The entire staff at LAH have been prompt, communicative, resourceful, and kind.
