"When our regular vet did not have any urgent care appointments available for our dog, Alvin, they referred us to NVH and they were fantastic. Alvin is a nervous guy and they put him at ease. I also had a human toddler in tow and staff helped me with everything that makes having a baby at a vet appointment as well. And then my car alarm went off in the middle of the appointment and staff took my keys and managed that for me as well. Wonderful, kind staff all around!"
