"We gave Lakeville an honest shot with our dog but witnessed a lot that we would never put our own through again…. They treated her like a threat from the moment she walked in, they manhandled her when giving her a shot, and they forced her to take medications for a “chill protocol”… they should honestly take the chill protocol because they were the only not chill ones. I watched these people drop someone’s pet ON ITS HEAD… not my pet, but watching how they dealt with it after was even worse. No accountability, the staff was bad mouthing the lady whose pet it was… YOU GUYS DROPPED HER PET ON ITS HEAD!!! We watched you guys react when the person whose pet you dropped called asking for additional care because the pet was not acting itself after you dropped it from 5 ft in the air on its head - and you said how it was just a bunny… YOURE A VETERINARIAN… a place people should feel safe bringing their pets… you have given me absolutely zero confidence in caring for my pets and we will not be back. You also had a vet tech who was inexperienced perform shots and other procedures on my dog. As far as the muzzle on my dog- Normally I understand and would never want to risk a bite- however they treated my dog like she was the most dangerous dog in the world when we walked in- we now bring our dog to Duxbury and it has been amazing- no muzzle needed - they give her love and she is calm and sweet back to them. If you own a pet that is in need of any care- know that I watched these people drop a bunny on its head and deny any care or help to the lady after. I will never bring or trust you people with my dogs again - please bring your pet somewhere else if you know what’s best for them"

"When I was talking to the receptionist and told her I was on the fixed income, she proceeded to tell me if I couldn’t afford my dogs I shouldn’t have them ! After I realized what she told me. I called back and asked her if she knew why , or how long I had been on a fixed income? Do you know my circumstances? And she said “ Do you feel better yelling at me ? “ then I yelled !!!!! You don’t belong working with animals or people and I will find another vet. And this was after a I told her about a heartbreaking story of my Mom losing her new puppy to parvovirus from a scam breeder. She is a heartless person. Sad"

"I absolutely love this place. Very clean and accommodating. Also very reasonable cost. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Tedie is knowledgeable, kind, and isn't in a rush to get you out of there. He answers any and all questions you might have. I had my cats at a different vet but ended up bringing my fur babies here."

"Staff is very kind vets are caring and knowledgeable just took my beagle benny there a few weeks ago to get up to date on all his shots it was painless for him and it's reasonably priced"
