"I can never get through on the phone, was just on hold for over an hour before I gave up.. app says my script is delayed to call if I don’t hear from them in 2 business days.. this was the call to find out what’s going on. In person everyone’s seems pleasant but I’d have the same luck calling my dead parents as I do calling the pharmacy"

"Worst pharmacy, they never pick up the phone EVER. They do not call or tell you when a prescription is not available or ready. Rude behind the counter. How are you going to know if your meds are ready if they don’t call? Have been saying the phone systems have not been working right for months now as excuse."

"I highly recommend visiting the East Bridgewater CVS. The staff, especially Brendan go out of their way to make your shopping experience amazing. It’s nice having assistance finding items that you need. Thank you Brendan"

"The one good thing I can say about this location is that they are consistent. I used their on line prescription refil service after being directed their by them while on hold waiting for the pharmacy on 10/19. 6 days later the prescription status is still “in process”. So I called for an update and an ETA. Only to be told it’ll be ready in an hour. So they don’t fill prescriptions placed on line (despite being directed there to “save time”) until you call. When I asked how long it typically takes so I can know next time when to call to have it refilled, I was told, they’re “busy, Whitman is busy, everyone is busy.” This is toilet paper, or a hairdresser, but medical professionals. Sad state of affairs that despite the pages and pages of negative reviews, nothing is done about this store."

The order Date is September FIFTH not today." -multiple holds later- "It'll be ready in a few hours." Yeah because I don't need it asap or anything so I don't lose my mind. This place is a joke."
