"Ughhhh I really wanna like this pharmacy bc it's so close to my house but the actual pharmacy services seems perpetually understaffed or overworked or something. Any time I talk to an actual person, they are clearly friendly and trying to be helpful, but unfortunately the pharmacy services just suck. I just sat on the phone and was placed on hold for 20 minutes and they never have my prescriptions ready. Meh"

"Done with this nightmare Walgreen’s location in south Weymouth MA. Miserable girl working today has been an absolute nightmare every time we deal with her. Moving my business to CVS. We don’t need to be talked down to or insulted by some young employee that doesn’t want to be bothered when she’s being paid to work."

"I've been filling my prescriptions there for 15 years. The service wasn't always consistent but speaking for the past 5 years I've never had any problems. The staff members that handled both my booster shot and covid test were very friendly and explained everything thoroughly."

It’s actually your job to do things right and treat customers with respect. Always lying about having drugs in stock. Don’t come here"

"Charlotte, the Pharmacy Manager, is wonderful. She always takes the time to explain any questions that I have. She goes out of her way to accommodate her customers. Her staff is also very polite and helpful. I don’t live near this Walgreens, but am willing to drive the extra distance for the excellent service at the South Weymouth Walgreens."
