"Absolutely the worst customer service at a pharmacy I have ever experienced. They pharmacists, and the techs as well, are very rude. Dont get fooled by commercials claiming they have helpful pharmacists, they dont! They seem to go out of their way at times to make sure it is as difficult as possible to get a refill done. Trying to call the pharmacy is a literal nightmare. When the tech puts me on hold it starts to ring every 5 minutes or so and they just pick up the phone and stick u back on hold without saying a word. I have sat on hold with them for close to an hour, then thought maybe if they dont think it's me they will answer...so I called from another phone number and what do you know? They answered immediately. This should tell you all you need to know about the lack of professionalism and courtesy these people have. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREATMENT! AVOID!"

"Visited the photo area to drop my UPS package. A heavier girl working at the store instantly went to tell me she could not help print my label for another girl to correct her saying yes they can. Which this is something I have done just a few months back at the same location. In the end I ended up leaving cause the girls kept making comments about it is a pain to print a label!? Im sorry its a pain to help your customers? The girls were rude and had given poor service I ended up walking out."
