In the past year I have called 4 or 5 times with a question and it is always the same story. You are put on hold several minutes and then they answer the phone and before you can speak they hang up. That has happened every time I have called, not some but everytime I have called. Yesterday I spent 40 minutes trying to get through. It's deliberate and frustrating and I'm switching to Walgreens."
