"Great pharmacy staff. Always friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond especially by helping me save money on my cats prescription. Pharmacy manager always says hi and makes you feel at home. My partner and I both fill our monthly prescriptions here and they know our names before even telling them. Great improvement compared to the service we received about 5 years ago with a different team and manager."

"The 842 South Franklin Street Holbrook CVS pharmacy has awful phone call wait times. You can wait 20 minutes and then be put on hold again for a protracted period. I complained about the wait, and got put on hold again without a word, perhaps punitively. They express no remorse for their wait times. Just now they even have the audacity to text me saying they are closed a half hour for lunch! Who does that? Many of the their texts are cryptic, imploring you to respond, when they are not comprehensible. Pharmacy staff have no time or no initiative to provide friendly service. They execute their function with as little customer interaction as possible."

"This pharmacy is fine for folks who don’t mind coming into the pharmacy to pick up their scripts. If you are having yours delivered, plan to call them up every month to make it happen. Listening to hold music for 5-10 minutes per call is the norm. On a recent visit I asked if it’d be possible to get a flu shot. The pharmacist looked at me like I had three heads told me to expect to wait 45+ minutes or to come in on a Friday or Saturday night with less of a wait. The store was dead and the parking lot/ drive through were empty. I went elsewhere and recommend you to do the same."

"Well laid out store. Shelves are not very high which helps with visibility, and great for people who may have trouble reaching items on top racks. Staff is very helpful and friendly. If you're local they will know you by name. Pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and willing to take time to answer your questions. There is a blood pressure monitor in the back near the pharmacy counter. A drive thru for your prescriptions is also available."

"The pharmacy was ridiculously slow and unhelpful. Dropped a prescription off at 3pm received no phone call about medication cost being higher then usual . Show up to pharmacy medication wasn't ready and pharmacy was no help what so ever . Made us call insurance company about copay and made me do all the run around work when it's the pharmacys job to do so . By far the worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy in my life . 9pm still sitting in the pharmacy waiting on the phone with my insurance company doing the pharmacy's job getting down to the problem of all this . By far the worst customer service ever experienced! 2-28-18 8:55pm RIDICULOUS !!!!!!"
