"Great staff. Open, clean and spacious areas for the dogs to play. Our pup was nervous in the beginning but the team there adore him and helped him adjust. Now he can't wait to go in. Update: We are still using the Day Camp program a few days a week. The staff are great and our pup is always happy to go in. And, he is wiped out after a day at Best Friends"
"The experience that we had here was truly disheartening and extremely disappointing. We booked our dog to stay here and we noticed as soon as we picked him up, he was shaking. He wasn't acting like himself. He had lost a ton of weight and was just extremely skinny. We could see his ribs and his legs just felt like thin sticks. We noticed he had a limp, and that he was very afraid of being in closed rooms or just in general alone. Before he would not mind this, it's not like him at all. It's like he spent most of his time like that, alone and just enclosed in a small cage with nobody around. I believe that was the case, I don't know. We would often check up in the pet cams and he would be no where in sight. This led me to believe he spent most of his time alone and inside. The staff would never answer the emails and voicemails when in attempt to reach out to them, which is a pattern I've been seeing through other reviews. This whole situation is just so upsetting and unbelievable, I don't understand how somebody could just treat an animal like this. I highly do not recommend this place."
"I have called multiple times to the Tyngsboro office and written multiple emails email but have not heard back regarding my dog being sick on multiple accounts and them not letting me know. The first time I brought my dog Appa to the vet after a boarding visit was June 28th. He had vomiting and diarrhea which I was only told of when I went to pick him up. When I finally got him home we saw that he had a limp in his right front shoulder and his paws were beat up. We took him to the vet the next day where they gave us medication for the diarrhea, pain medication for his shoulders and paw sleeves to wear until his paws healed. Thinking the distress could have been due to thunderstorms for the next boarding we upgraded him to a suite. During a two week boarding period we had been watching him in the suite and saw on multiple occasions that Appa was not let out of his suite from after 5pm at night to 11am in the morning. We were in Indonesia so we were checking in on the suite predominantly throughout those hours. Having seen urine in his suite for multiple days in a row and then watching him cry to be let out then peeing in his suite I sent an email to the tyngsboro office regarding my concerns but never heard back. When I went to pick him up after returning from my trip I asked about the bathroom schedule to which I was not given a direct answer. I was told that he should be taken out every day between 8 am and 9am but due to low staffing this may not have happened. This is unacceptable! After taking Appa home he had an odd smell about him and when I looked I found he had two horrible ear infections that no one within the boarding facility had let me know about. We again took Appa to the Vet and were given medicine for the infections a day after he came home from boarding. We have a follow up Vet Appointment on his ears this Tuesday 9/19/23. I have called multiple times to resolve this with the tyngsboro office but have not been called back or apologized to for the awful treatment of our dog. I called again today and was again promised someone would get back to me this week. This is the third week post boarding where we have not been communicated with. This is a disgusting way to treat animal and those who trust in your services."
"I got my dog as a rescue and had to get her socialized around other dogs so signed her up here. I have been bringing my dog here for 2 years now and she LOVES it! As soon as she sees we are driving in the direction of the facility she starts getting super excited. Absolutely love this place and all the staff are fantastic."
