Each visit, we're consistently impressed with the dental team's expertise and communication. They clearly explain procedures to kids in an engaging and understandable manner, making even potentially scary visits seem like a fun adventure. They also take the time to address any parental concerns, always ensuring we feel informed and involved. The office is remarkably clean and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Yet, it's the small touches like fun decor and engaging games in the waiting room that make the experience unique and enjoyable. Ultimately, the true test of any pediatric dentist is how your child feels about going. My kids now look forward to their dental appointments, a testament to the superb care Hanover Pediatrics provides. "This peds office is refusing to accept patients from Dr. Blanchard in Brockton. Assumed my wife and I had mass health and wouldn't qualify to go here. Absolutely keeping under privileged families from going to the practice for fear of them not being able to pay. Don't go here. We will move our kids to a different practice that respects people of all socioeconomic status."

"The women at the front desk are extremely rude when calling not even offering a greeting to the individual. If you though any of you’re appointments would be on time, good luck! They have a reputation of habitually being late and changing appointments with no notice. The nursing staff is so so for the most part. I will say they have a few nurses who really seem passionate about their job, but for the most part they seem like they would rather be anywhere els. I have also found that they are not the best at understanding informed consent and even try and persuade their patients into vaccines using scare tactics and without providing any documentation to the pros and cons. Overall not impressed at all and will not be returning even after attending the clinic for 18 years"
