CVS Pharmacy

"When I went to pick up my medicine at 10:45 am which was sent by the hospital at 9:30 am pharmacist named ANI lied to me saying that my prescription was sent by the hospital was JUST being process at that very moment. ANI told me to wait 20 minutes. So, I waited 20 minutes and I went back in the line. ANI told me to go wait again and that she would call my name when it is ready. ANI did not even check and told me to sit down. So, 10 minutes after I asked someone else to check for me (because the situation was so fishy)and she found my medicine right away already. The medicine was already ready but ANI did not even bother to look for it and lied that it was just being processed when it was already bagged and ready to go. ANI abused her power. ANI was lazy and neglectful to me when I was in a dire need for the medication."

"The worst pharmacy ever! Service is horrible, and the pharmacy tech ladies are very aggressive and they have no attitude!!! I’m currently there. No one in line. They just having fun in making me waiting for over an hour to get my already-prescribed medicine. No apology and no sympathy when I told them the medicine is for my grandma who’s just done a surgery and needs to take it as soon as possible! I will switch to Walgreens for sure."
